We provide a wide range of ways you can help give students in under-resourced schools the academic edge they need to succeed.

Bookworm Buddies: Now in its eighth year, Bookworm Buddies brings caring adults into Central Phoenix classrooms to work alongside teachers in helping fourth graders with reading and writing skills.

Experience Corps Mesa: In partnership with Mesa Community College and Mesa Public Schools, Experience Corps Mesa recruits Boomers and Older Adults to mentor fourth graders on their reading and writing skills.

Read to Me Schools: Read To Me Schools is a flexible program that brings caring adult volunteers into schools to help foster a love of reading in K-4 students.

Compare all three programs to see which is right for you!

For more information on these programs, contact Sharifa Rowe, Youth Programs Manager, at 602.973.2212 x 239.
